She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Dancing Feet Yoga in Michigan focused on Hatha and Vinyasa where she studied under some of the most respected teachers in the field. She has since studied in Austin, Texas with multiple certifications from encompasses various styles, including a variety of yogic teaching style allowing her to tailor her classes to meet the diverse needs of her students. She also recently studied with Forrest Yoga with her next certification in Rhode Island.

In her classes, Peyton emphasizes the importance of alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness. She believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience, and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in her studio. Her approachable and encouraging teaching style has made her a favorite among beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
